Please Read These Terms Carefully

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client", "User", "you") and Advance Contractor Group, LLC ("ACG", "we", "our", or "us"), an MBE Certified Minority Business Enterprise providing commercial facility maintenance, general contracting, and residential services. By accessing advancecontractorgroup.com, submitting quote requests, or accessing our Client Portal, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

01.Scope of Services & Relationship

Advance Contractor Group, LLC provides general contracting, commercial facility maintenance, commercial and residential remodeling, finish carpentry, drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, handyman services, and emergency facility management.

A legally binding contracting engagement is formed strictly upon the formal written execution of a Master Services Agreement (MSA), Signed Proposal, Work Order, or Construction Contract specifying verified scope, cost, timelines, and payment milestones.

02.Estimates, Quotes & Change Orders

  • Preliminary Quotes: Estimates delivered via online forms or preliminary calls are subject to on-site physical inspection, material price volatility, permit feasibility, and site conditions.
  • Validity Period: Written proposals are typically valid for thirty (30) days from issuance unless otherwise specified in writing.
  • Change Orders: Any alteration, deviation, or addition to the agreed scope of work requested by the client or necessitated by concealed site conditions will be executed only upon a written Change Order signed by authorized representatives of both parties.

03.Licensing, Codes, Insurance & Permits

ACG operates in full accordance with United States building industry standards, local municipal codes, and state regulatory boards:

MBE Certification

Certified Minority Business Enterprise qualified for private and public sector commercial contracting programs.

Comprehensive Insurance

ACG maintains Commercial General Liability, Commercial Automobile, and Workers' Compensation coverage as required by law.

Building Codes & Safety

All operations comply with the Florida Building Code, Georgia Uniform Construction Codes, and Federal OSHA safety guidelines.

Permit Coordination

When applicable by municipal mandate, required building, trade, and zoning permits will be coordinated prior to execution.

04.Client Portal & Electronic Communications

Authorized property managers, corporate facility directors, and residential clients may be granted credentials to the ACG Client Portal. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.

By utilizing digital services, you consent to conduct contracting transactions electronically, including receiving electronic invoices, work order approvals, and notices pursuant to the U.S. Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN) and Florida Uniform Electronic Transaction Act (UETA).

05.Intellectual Property Rights

All materials on this website, including but not limited to the brand name "Advance Contractor Group", "ACG", logos, custom icons, graphics, design schemes, photographs of completed installations, text descriptions, and software code, are the proprietary intellectual property of Advance Contractor Group, LLC. No content may be reproduced, redistributed, or republished without prior written authorization from ACG.

06.Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Website Availability: This website and its contents are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted uptime or error-free transmission.

Workmanship Warranties: Physical contracting and trade services carry specific written warranties detailed in each individual project contract. In the absence of contrary written provisions, ACG warrants its labor against defects in workmanship for a period of one (1) year from project substantial completion. Manufacturer material warranties are passed directly to the client.

Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall ACG, its members, managers, employees, or licensed trade affiliates be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from website use, delays beyond reasonable control (force majeure, weather events, material shortages, supply chain disruptions), or pre-existing concealed property defects.

07.Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any claim or dispute arising out of or related to website usage or digital services shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts situated in Miami-Dade County or Broward County, Florida, and each party irrevocably submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
